Our Residential Support Service is driven by
continuity of care to ensure children through the
provision of out-of-home (OOHC) have what they
need to stay safe and have and lead happy and
healthy lives. Our aim is to create a therapeutic
Hamlet around the children and young person
that serves their individual needs that ensures
their transition into kinship care or adulthood is
successful and they are able to maintain strong,
trusting relationships beyond our care.
Our residential youth and support workers are
trained and supported to provide highly
therapeutic care on a day-to-day basis to
children and young people in the hope of
creating a safe space for growth and healing. Our
team of professionals will have extensive training
in Kaisal’s Hamlet Model and the Hope and
Healing Framework along with mandatory
training required by our governing bodies.
